This privately owned site is not tied to any government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither it nor its advertising partners is a consumer reporting agency or offers FCRA-covered services.
Nature of the Site
This is a private reference resource for locating Live Oak County and Texas custody, release, court, and supervision sources. It stores no official jail record, cannot authenticate custody, cannot release anyone, and cannot file a request or court paper for a visitor. Outside search tools are separate services.
Acceptable Use Rules
Visitors must use the site lawfully and without harming people or systems.
- Do not stalk, harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access or bypass security.
- Do not disrupt service or deploy bots and scrapers.
- Do not republish protected text, graphics, logos, or code.
- Do not use information for an unlawful purpose.
No Consumer Reports
This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no consumer report, credit report, background check, or screening service. Information here or in linked tools may not be used for hiring, firing, housing or tenant decisions, credit, insurance, licensing, government-benefit eligibility, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.
Links and Partner Tools
Links may lead to sheriffs, courts, corrections agencies, legal resources, federal locators, and commercial search providers. A link is not an endorsement. The operator does not control an outside site's content, availability, prices, results, terms, or data practices.
No Warranties
The site and all content are offered “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that information is accurate, complete, current, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that a partner search will be thorough. Custody data changes quickly, and nothing here is an official agency statement.
Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent Texas law permits, the operator and content partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from site use, inability to use the site, or reliance on its content. A user agrees to defend and hold them harmless from claims, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct or violation of these terms.
Ownership and Access
Original text, graphics, branding, and code belong to Live Oak County Released Inmates or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, sold, or distributed without written permission. Access may be restricted or revoked at any time when needed to protect the site, enforce these terms, or for any other lawful reason.
Changes, Law, and Severability
Terms may be revised, with the posted version effective upon publication. Texas law governs them, and disputes must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Texas. If one provision is invalid, it will be narrowed as needed and the remaining terms will continue. Questions may be sent through the Contacts page.
